Great flat! Green all around, huge terrace and the kitchen is more like a living space. Loved staying at this flat and I’ll definitely be back! Bonus: Thanks for the early check-in and prompt communication.

The apartment was comfortable, with an amazing terrace and fully equipped. We had a great stay and enjoyed the terrace during this sunny lockdown. The kitchen is so well equipped that it was a pleasure to cook. I would recommend this apartment for a couple or a family.

Very nice accomodation, a lot of space, in a really calm area, shopping facilities and public transpot (use app "citymaper") nearby.

The Flat was amazing! Modern, clean and so nicely decorated. We loved the area and the neighbours. Near to the flat you find a bakery, a shopping mall and a supermarket. The host was wery frienldy and has helped us a lot.

Een prachtig appartment in een zeer prettige, mooie en groene wijk met restaurants, winkels, de bushalte om de hoek en de metro op 10 minuten loopafstand. Als je bv naar de Blauwe Moskee wil ben je wel een uur onderweg met de metro. Het appartement heeft een gigantisch terras rondom het hele huis. Een zeer grote, goed uitgeruste keuken en mooie moderne badkamer. Neem je eigen koffie en thee mee. In de keuken staan wat kruiden, suiker en zout. Brandschoon en alle ruimtes voorzien van airco. 1 zeer ruime slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed ( en jacuzzi ) en een kleinere slaapkamer met een klein tweepersoonsbed. Na een lange dag in het prachtige Istanboel is het heerlijk thuiskomen in dit appartement.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicholas’s place very much. I would recommend this place to anyone. Location was perfect for us, minutes to Akmerkez, this place was very stylish and comfortable. Nicholas and his crew were very reachable at all times and made an extra effort to make us feel home. Overall i am very happy with my choice of accommodation and would like to come back.

Nicholas was extremely helpful from the start. As the purpose of our visit was spinal surgery for my daughter, he made sure that all the little extra's we needed were available. Answered all my questions patiently beforehand . Beautiful modern apartment in a quiet area.

Nick and his assistant Deniz are great. The response was immediate from both of them and the apt is fabulous with all the comforts needed to make a perfect holiday. The location is quiet but close to some lovely restaurants. I look forward to staying here again.

Akatlar is one of the best places to stay in Istanbul specially if you like to have a peaceful place to sleep after long day in Istanbul, while still everything near to many restaurants, coffeeshops pharmacy, supermarket, ...etc. The apartment is exactly as per the shown pictures, check in and out was smooth and on time. Moreover they have provided all required information about the house and the area nearby... if you come across any entity managed by Nick, book it without thinking...

One of the best places that I have stayed in so far!!!! It was a very comfortable, spacious, cozy place with all the amenities that I could ask for!! If you come a cross this listing or any properties that is being managed by Nick, please book the place with your eyes closed!!! You will not regret it!

We stayed in Nick's nice flat few days. For a local ( i lived in Istanbul for 30+ years) , the location is just great. Near to Levent/ Etiler and Bebek and just few blocks to Metro. There are many shops, restaurants around. The penthouse is very nice decorated, airy,light and calm. We love particularly the living ares and the kitchen. I strongly recommend Nick's place

Nick was accommodating and easily reachable, check in and out were particularly smooth. The place was clean and just as stylish as in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Also there was a nice park a block away that we enjoyed alot. Definitely recommended. Would like to come back when in the city.
