Enjoy the open fully equipped kitchen which is a chefs dream! With a dining area and open living room to relax all together. First floor walk up. This home is the perfect home away from home! Comes with AC, Wifi and Netflix.
Things to keep in mind
We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors and staff members in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $25usd

The entire unit is privately yours during your confirmed dates.

PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
