Gorgeous 180sq m. 4 bed, 1.5 bathroom bright high ceiling home in the heart of Bebek. Situated right next to the Bosphorus. This grand living room has a billiards table for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning allowing a great nights rest. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area with a generous size bathroom and WC. A balcony connects the two biggest rooms.

The space
The 180m2 home is situated on the 3rd floor(walk up). The large living room has a sitting area, dining area and billiards table. The large kitchen is fully fitted and the 4 bedrooms are all spacious and cozy for a good nights sleep. Each room has air-conditioning. A large bathroom and a WC for guests. A balcony connects the two biggest rooms. The is Wifi throughout our home. Would be a pleasure hosting guests from all over.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Balcony, Billiards/Pool Table.
Other things to note
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35 USD.
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Home Truths:
- There is A/C in the living room and two of the bedrooms.
- The other two bedrooms have ceiling mounted fans over the beds.
- Located on the 3rd floor walk up.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
We had a blast The apartment is huge and super clean, super safe and next to everything (lucca, nusrt, and the Bebek sahili) VNG property Pepole were super nice The apartment we booked had a problem before we even arrived so they upgraded us to a bigger apartment I’m planning to come to Turkey again I will only deal with VNG property
The apartment is very big and beautiful. It has a great location. The host was very attentive at all times. I totally recommend it. It has been a perfect stay. I will book this apartment again when I return to Istanbul. All was perfect!

Fantastic location, right at the heart of Bebek. Stylish cafes , restaurants and bosphorus on your doorstep. The flat is very tastefully decorated , new and clean. Just as in the pictures.

I travel quite frequently for business and pleasure and this apartment is one of the best stays ever had. But more importantly the host company VNG is definitely exceeds expectations in all areas from booking to check-in and during stay support. I dealt with Nick and Deniz and they both are very lovely people. I booked a different apartment at first and Nick contacted me before my stay and informed me a potential bother from a construction outside and very kindly offered me a much larger (hence expensive) apartment for my 8 nights stay for the same price for my 2 bedroom booking. They definitely put guest experience before profits which I think is extremely important quality for a hospitality business. They were always extremely fast to respond with any questions that I had and lastly very kindly offered me a late check-out so I could sleep in on Sunday before I start packing. Now the apartment. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, no bad surprises there. It is an extremely spacious, modern 4 bedroom apartment, well equipped large kitchen, large bathroom and a toilet. I was a single traveller so I did not utilise the size of the apartment but it can very comfortably have 7 guests. Very modern, clean and it literally sits right in the centre of the best area of Istanbul (Bebek) This area is known with high quality restaurants and cafes however if you are a morning person, probably one of the most peaceful place to have a morning coffee at the early hours like a true local and watch Bosphorus. Truly it could be one of the most memorable things to do in Istanbul. If you are a big group look no further, you can not possibly find something as good as this apartment.
