We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Balcony.
Other things to note
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35 USD.
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the livingroom, 1 A/C in the master bedroom
- There is no A/C in the 2nd bedroom (fans can be provided upon request).
- There's no blackout blind in the living room.
- You need to climb stairs in order to reach the flat.
- Baby crib and the high chair will be provided upon request.
- Can be noisy as it is in a central location.
- Parking can be difficult in the area.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Location location!!! One of the best properties we have ever stayed. The flat has everything you need (wifi, cable, all kitchen stuff, clean white sheets and towels, shampoo, air conditions, lots of cabinets/drawers etc). The property is in the heart of Bebek. Shops, stores, restaurants, public transportation are within seconds away… I highly recommend this place.

The flat is very spacious and nicely decorated. Its located in the beautiful neighborhood of Bebek. Nice cafes restaurants and shops all walking distance.
