Our home consists of 2beds/1bath with a large comfortable living room/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Close to all touristic attractions, cafes & restaurants! A lovely international neighborhood were you feel like a local! Easily accessible to all public transportation! The perfect home away from home! Comes with Wifi & Netflix.

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors and staff members in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.

Other things to note
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here. Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment but allowed on the balcony.
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35usd
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
