Things to keep in mind
Our company check in window is from 9am - 10pm. If you plan on checking in before/after that time frame - An additional $50 fee will be paid upon check in.
We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.

Guest access
The entire Mansion is yours throughout your confirmed dates. The private Pool and the whole Villa.

- Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35
Home Truth:
-There is a security guard on site who also takes care of the garden and pool. The security guard works from 20:00 to 07:00. Gardener works on Monday - Wednesday - Friday and cleaning the pool as well.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
