This gorgeous 180m2, 2-bedroom 3-bathroom stunning modern designer home is situated in the heart of the city! Known as the New York of Istanbul. Located on the 4th floor with an elevator. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the master has a walk in closet. 3rd guest bathroom has a large bathtub perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city! There is also a private balcony from the living room. Nisantasi is trendy and high end with all the fashion brands and tasteful restaurants. It is situated in between the old town close to all the touristic attractions and the modern part of town.

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.

This apartment is in the heart of Istanbul. One flat on each floor you get absolute privacy. Elevator in building.

I'd appreciate if guests could keep my home clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here.
Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the livingroom, 1 A/C in the master bedroom
- There is no A/C in the 2nd bedroom (fans can be provided upon request).
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Great location - everything conveniently nearby - chic cafes and restaurants, shopping, groceries, a wonderful park - couldn't ask more from a location. Responsive and welcoming host. Convenient check-in/ check-out. Wonderful decor. Large unit. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Lift (not a given in many Airbnb units in Istanbul). We wouldn't hesitate in staying again here next time we're in Istanbul.

Great Place. Location is fantastic especially since it’s winter time. We could easily go for walks to Domalbache Palace, & mosque, Taksim and even Cevahir Mall from here. For the price that we pay, it’s fantastic. Apartment is great.
Nicholas is a great host, he was super helpful pre-booking and always replied quickly to my inquiries. The appartment is in a perfect location, an upscale neighborhood with good restaurants and good boutiques. It's a modern appartment with all amenities. Perfect for a couple or a group of friends.
Nişantaşı , sisli is an uptown street similar to NY 5th Avenue. Below the apartment there was a little store which had water and other little things. 100m down there is a supermarket with all necessities needed. They have amazing warm bread and pastries at around 10am! The apt has coffee and tea which is great for a quick morning cuppa. Uber is the most effective commute to any place ...( we usually put our location as Sofa Hotel for easier pick up). There is a mall city’s shopping mall literally 10steps away...(shops around the apt include, Bobbi Brown, Zara, Massimo Dutti etc). The high end stores eg : Chanel, Prada,Gucci was just a walk away) The mall has good food choices (eg: Wagamama for the noodle fix, Italian etc ). Nusret burger place was just 5 mins of a walk away.. Sisli is the place to stay ! Upmarket feel and safe ! Love the apartment and the spacious feeling it gave .. very cozy and breezy in the living room. Only thing was the second bedroom does not have aircon it only has a cooler ( Nick Immediatly got a standing fan for us as it was hot for us). If you are used to aircon in the room in summers you might struggle. In winters it should be fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a perfect fit for 4 adults or a family with children.
The space, style and location of this property are just fantastic Fully equipped and functional kitchen. The area itself has everything one can look for plus reaching other parts of Istanbul is really no issue. Though we are a single family, we think 3 couples could easily share this place.
Bon séjour passé chez Nick L’Appartement est très grand et bien décoré correspond aux photos. Proche dès transport en commun quartier très chic et vivant et à moins 10 min. De Taksim c’est idéal aussi pour la vie nocturne Nous sommes arrivés avec 3h de retard et je remercie encore notre hôte Nick qui était très réactif même s’il Se trouvait à l’étranger il y avait quelqu’un qui nous attendait.
