Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom pad is the perfect home away from home. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright spacious living room dining area. Comes w/ AC, Netflix and Wifi. Very central and perfect to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul!

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.

- Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the living room, 1 A/C in the master bedroom.
- There is no A/C in the other rooms (fans can be provided upon request).
- There are blackout curtains in the living room and in the master bedroom but not in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
- It can be noisy as it is on the main street.
- You need to climb one flight of stairs to get into the flat.
- High chair and baby crib will be provided upon request.
- This apartment is located in a family building, its important to keep noise levels down.
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
