Welcome to our charming top floor (with elevator) bright 2BD home in the heart of Istanbul city! With two gorgeous private terraces, this home fits up to three guests. Our pad comes with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen! Two AC units, Netflix and Wifi are available in the apartment. Close to all transportation links. The perfect home away from home during your Istanbul visit!
Things to keep in mind
We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.

The entire home is yours during your confirmed stay. Private terrace included.

- Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the living room, 1 A/C in the bedroom with single bed.
- There is no A/C in the master bedroom (fans will be provided upon request).
- You need to climb 1 flight of stairs (16 steps) after you get off the elevator.
- Parking can be difficult in the area.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- There are no blackout curtains
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
