I'd appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here.
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35usd
-Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.
-Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
Home Truths:
- There is A/C in the living room and three bedrooms.
- Located on the 3rd floor walk up. You need to climb 6 flights of stairs in order to reach the flat.
- Parking can be difficult in the area.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.

By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

This was a dream house!! Perfect location, so spacious & immaculately clean. The terrace is fabulous. Every window looks out on greenery and the house is so bright & sunny and u have the option of ac. Just cannot say enought about this place. VNG was a great host!

Location is great as we anticipated. Apartment conditions are exactly same as it is advertised. Meticulously clean & abundant space & furnitures are in a good condition(tasty & minimalist) and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to staying again.
The apartments is charming, clean and in a great location. Also, VNG team was incredibly flexible, as the new lock-down measures threw a few wrenches in our plans. This was the perfect weekend getaway.

Nicholas’s apt in Küçük Bebek was an ideal location. The apartment comfortably accommodated my family of 5, rooms were spacious and clean. I especially like the fact that the rooms were all bright and airy. Nicholas is an excellent host, will use his services again.
If you want AC, stop looking this is the place! No matter how hot the temperature was, there was an AC in each of the rooms which was great. The location is amazing next nusret and starbucks and many other amazing restaurants. The house itself was amaaaazing super spacious and comfortable and you will feel like you're home immediately. Highly recommended!

This apartment is clean and has great amenities. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to Bosphorus. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and lively (but not loud). The host is super responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place!
