Our brand newly designed 2nd floor 1 bedroom/1 bathroom is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the heart of Bebek! Moments away from the Bosphorus and Bebek park. Close to all the shops, restaurants, cafes and transportation links. This home boasts bright natural light and is the perfect home away from home! With high speed internet and smart tv(netflix)! Situated on the 1st floor with an open fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom for a great nights sleep!

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.
Other things to note
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.

In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the living room
- There is no A/C in the bedroom (fans can be provided upon request).
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- There's no elevator in the building and you need to climb 2 flight of stairs to reach the flat (28 steps).
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Such a great place to be living
I would highly recommend this property! The location is great - just close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets but still in a calm and nice neighborhood! My host was extremely helpful to comfort my stay. The apartment itself is really clean, modern, nice, and provides everything you’ll need! I would definitely stay here again.
