There is also lots of ample storage space on the top floor. While your kitchen, guest wc bathroom, dining and living room is situated on the entrance floor. Down the stairs, you have your 2nd bathroom with the 3 bedrooms. The garden is accessible by a private door or from the bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.
Other things to note
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the house clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35usd
Home Truths:
- There is A/C in the living room and all the bedrooms.
- Located on a steep hill.
- Gardener comes twice a week to water the garden.
- There is no blackout blind in one bedroom.

Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

The location is great. It is walking distance to the "downtown" Bebek although the way back is a bit challenging as it is up the hill. But a good exercise. The place is located in the middle of the hill which can be a little bit annoying during the day as cars need to accelerate a lot to get to the top. But it gets very quiet during the night and it is very well isolated. The place is in very good shape. All equipment are new and made with good quality products. There is little yard where you can have a drink. The team has been very responsive and answered quickly all questions we might have had.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und ist in der nähe von vielen tollen Restaurants in Etiler. Ich würde es mit reinem gewissen weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr zentral und man ist super schnell an wunderschönen Orten. In der nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants. Das Haus liegt auf einem etwas steilen weg , was eine leichte Herausforderung ist aber es ist zu schaffen. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis!
The VNG Team were great to communicate with and although we had to change a few dates and details no fuss was made and everything was adjusted to our requests. The Check in was as smooth as dealing with your own friend and the two key sets were provided as per our request. The house was super clean and modernised with high quality appliances and facilities as well as its hosting extras i.e. super clean towels , white sheets and slippers all marked with company’s logo to make you feel valued and welcomed as well. A full set of cutleries and dishes as well as cooking pots and pans allowed me to entertain our party of 7 with multiple dishes a few nights and during our stay we thoroughly felt at home. If anybody’s looking to book an Airbnb in fantastic area of Bebek Istanbul and you can find an available accommodation with Vng, don’t think twice.

Great house and great location. The price is extremely reasonable. I rented same size house in Tel Aviv last month for $380 a night. The house located in bebek which is a magical neighborhood in Istanbul. Highly recommended
An excellent choice for visiting Istanbul. Only drawback is the lack of easy parking and being on a slight hill. Otherwise perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The proximity to the waterfront was a short 5 minute walk. The host was responsive and helpful with tips.

The VNG team were very responsive to our questions and any issues. The apartment is located in a neighbourhood with primarily Istanbul locals, which is what we were looking for. Great cafes and restaurants nearby, the sea shore is only a 6 min walk away. This location is recommended if you’re looking to explore neighbourhoods different from the typical tourist spots. Nearby Arnavutköy should not be missed if you’re staying here!

VNG's home is absolutely beautiful and located in a very Hugh end locality of Istanbul. A short walk away is he Bosphorous lined with restaurants and shopping. The home is packed with amenities and the response time is super quick, should you need anything. My family and I had a lovely stay! The only thing I will tell people booking this home to look out for is the slight hill climb to give your calves a good cardio! There is nothing negative anyone could have to say about this home. Great location! Lovely house, very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience. House is on the hill but not too far from the Main Street of Bebek, all the restaurants, cafes 5 minutes walking distance.

I booked this place for a group of friends that came to visit me. I was super happy with the turnout. VNG were very accommodating about everything and extremely easy & quick in communication . The location is perfect with lots to do around but the house is also great so we did end up spending some time at the house and in the garden. Definitely recommend it for those looking for a pleasant local experience with lots of different options around ranging from very chill to party.

Our stay was really great! The VNG team were incredibly responsive and flexible, which made our stay all the more easy. The place was spacious, bright and airy.
