We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors and staff members in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.
The space
Our home is located in a gorgeous condo in prime location on the 26th floor. A corner unit with ample space to enjoy! There is a supermarket downstairs, a restaurant and a dry cleaners. Comes with one free parking space. There is a garden, outdoor pool, outdoor tennis and basketball court available in the summers.
Guest access
The entire condo unit is for your use during your confirmed dates.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.
If you lose your key cards there will be a surcharge of $35 USD
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
HOME TRUTHS:
- There is A/C in the living room and in the bedroom.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- Pool, Turkish bath and gym hours may change. Please consult and notify us before visiting.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
