Please respect the other neighbors in the building during your stay at our home. Check out is at 11am. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed when leaving the property.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge.

- There is A/C in the living room and bedroom.
- Baby crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35usd
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
