- There is no A/C in the other bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request).

Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und sauber, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre absolut angebracht. Das VNG Team mit Chris und allen anderen Kollegen ist einfach TOP. Man ist rundum die Uhr für einen da und ständig bemüht, dass es einem gut geht und man den Aufenthalt genießt!! Ich werde sicherlich nächstes Jahr erneut VNG wählen, allerdings diesmal eine modernere Unterkunft :) Riesen Dank an das VNG Team

One of the best views that can be seen from apartment. Best location to reach any popular places. Silent nights, crowded at midday down at sea. Very clean and fresh inside. The house is located in old fashioned Turkish streets which gives better impression

My parents and I stayed at Nicholas’s place for 10 days. It was a wonderful stay and the host made this stay very comfty. They were very fast responding and were providing us any recommendations or tips in the shortest time. The location is in one of the best neighbourhood in Istanbul. The view was outstanding and you have to give a try. I definitely recommend to stay at Nicholas’s place as he and his crew are very professional and helpful.

Great home in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the shoreline.
We had a wonderful stay. The windows upstairs open up to a beautiful view of the Bosporus which was a delight every morning. I’d recommend renting a car as we did since the place is located on a hil and it would be kinda tough to walk to places. If I wanna stay at the Europian side I’ll stay here again because it’s not too close to noisy and touristy areas but at the same time close enough.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The view of the Bosphorus was wonderful as noted by others. The VNG staff were very accommodating and helpful hosts. They were able to resolve a problem of lost luggage keys very quickly. The mini mart 2 minutes up the road was useful for picking up basic necessities. The proprietor was friendly and helpful and even organised our taxi to the airport.
We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely place. The house was well equipped and has a perfect view overlooking the Bosphorus. Many thanks to the house management team.
Great place, very clean with beautiful views of the Bosphorus. It is away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, close to alot of restaurants. I have recommended this to my friends and family! One word to explain this place is OUTSTANDING!!!

This place has a fantastic view. If you are a family like us with babies and/or elder people, you will appreciate the apartment even if you are sick and cannot go out (it happened to my mother and she was not so sad to stay on the couch watching at the Bosphorus). It is really well located too. In a few words, a good location for a trip in Istanbul if you want to feel like an inhabitant (from the upper class), more than just a tourist!
