Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Security, Balcony. Floor Heating.

PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $50 USD penalty charge.
Home Truths:
- There is only one AC in the living room.
- There are no A/C in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request).
- High chair and baby crib will be provided upon request.
- The 4th guest will sleep on the sofa located in the living room. We will provide bedding and linens for the extra guest.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

The apartment is modern, centrally located, with all the amenities. The underground parking in the building is a blessing for those having a car in the centre of Istanbul. Will book again for sure.

The location is great, just 2 minutes from the T1 tram. Istiklal is only 7-10 minutes on foot, but you need to go up. There are a lot of cafes, bakeries and shops in the area. Nearby there is a beautiful graffiti staircase and a street with umbrellas. The apartment is bright and clean, the three of us stayed, loved it! Huge kitchen-living room, with an island. Everywhere there is a warm floor, there is a nice parquet board on the floor. The kitchen had all the utensils, there were no problems with cooking. When we checked in, we got a little confused, immediately wrote to the owner, he answered quickly! I liked everything, I think we will stay here more than once!
