Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Security, Outdoor Terrace.

- Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35

- There are no A/Cs in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request)

In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Honestly, the VNG team is a great team with accuracy and support during checkin and out. cleanliness is perfect. Furniture is suitable for couples and families. Kitchen equipments are highly qualitative. Thanks VNG and off course i will arrange the next trip with you….

Nice apartment, completely new and the property owner replied to our requests
A great property! Starting from the location that is near landmarks like Dolma Bahça palace, Taksim Square and Galata fort, to the neighbourhood that contains groccery shops, bakeries, cafes, stylish small local boutiques, a hair salon, a pharmacy, a famous delicious Lebanese restaurant and even a workshop for an independent jewelery designer, to the interior of the building and apartement. The building is unique in having an actual private parking for the cars. Unlike the majority of Istanbul buildings where you have to burn your time and get stressed to find a spot for your car around the building, this building has a parking floor in the basement, and you can reach it using a 'car elevator'. You can enjoy easy mobility even if you don't have a car since the main road and a tram station is on a walking distance from the apartement. Just take note that - as typical in Istanbul- there is an incline in the area and you will have to climb up and down to the building (which is not very difficult or uncomfortable). The apartment is super clean and equipped with everything you imagine you would need, and the devices all work fantastically. The host, VNG Property, were the best in communication and help provided. Their service is at a 5-star hotel level that they even provide towels, slippers and all sorts of kitchen and toilets' amenities. The shower in the toilet is incredible. Since we stayed for over a week, we asked for their cleaning service which was great. The apartment became spotless and they changed all the bed sheets, towels and slippers. I highly recommend the host and this apartment in particular if you wish to have a comfortable and fun stay in the amazing Istanbul! It truely feels like a home!
This place is much better than I expected. It was a large open space with an exceptional garden you won’t find anywhere else.I highly recommend staying here.
