Guest access
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Security, outdoor area.

- Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.
- Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $35
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the living room
- There are no A/C's in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request)
- There might be slight street noise.
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- The apartment is on the entrance floor and the bedrooms are on the ground floor.
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
I would recommend to any one it's in a perfect location all things are near by walking distance the neighbourhood is nice will defo be my only stop if am in Turkey
Top Lage, gute Gastgeber, gute Ausstattung.
We have really enjoyed our stay at Tolga’s place. The home was super clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The location is amazing (very close to the Karakoy bus station and karakoy İskelesi and to Galata tower). Tolga was very responsive and helpful. We had a very smooth check in. The apartment is located in the ground floor, so easy for people who have bags.
Brand new building & unit. Very clean, modern and stylish. It has everything you need from netflix to kitchen equipment. Best location in a safe area. The bed is super comfortable. Host is great and acommodating. The only problem was that the master bedroom is next to the elevator and it makes loud noises everytime its operating.. just a note for a light sleeper. I had problem sleeping at the first night but could used to it somehow.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and beautiful. Great location & it was safe.
