Welcome to our bright stylish spacious centrally-located home for guests to call home! With a 2 bed, 2.5 bathroom duplex in the heart of Beyoglu! Close to all the site seeing, touristic attractions and trassportation links. Walking distance to Galata port, abundant restaurants and cafes. This brand new home has a fully equipped open kitchen. The perfect home away from home with A/C, Netflix, WiFi.
Things to keep in mind
We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors in the building. When leaving the house please keep doors and windows locked.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Security.

- Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.
- Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $25
Home Truths:
- There is 1 A/C in the living room
- There are no A/Cs in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request)
- Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- The 4th guest will sleep on the sofa located in the living room. We will provide bedding and linens for the extra guest.
PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
Cancellations
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 48-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
